Its defensive typing gives it resistances that help it switch into common coverage, and its bulk, while not its headline, is solid for a restricted Pokémon. Its weaknesses are the ones Dragon and Psychic types share — vulnerable to Dark, Ghost, Bug, Ice and Fairy — and its speed, while good, is not elite, so it appreciates speed support. It functions best as a mid-game sweeper that comes in after the opponent has committed their answers, or as a setup threat that forces awkward switches.
