Choice Specs is a choice items item. Boosts Special Attack by 50% but locks the holder into one move. Common users include chi-yu, kyogre, miraidon. Maximizes immediate special damage for breakers.

The best use cases for Choice Specs are the ones where its effect solves a specific problem. Ask what threat you want to survive, outspeed, or overpower, and whether the item's condition is easy to meet in your expected matchups. Items that trigger once are strongest when the opponent cannot easily strip them with Knock Off before they matter.
